At the start of 2020, my business was booming as the world’s leading manufacture in the field of industrial refrigeration, and our annual growth rate had never been better. However, the whole world came to a hold, and it was affected in every aspect by the COVID-19 pandemic. We suffered a huge hit and backlash due to the pandemic, and it looked like it could be the end of our company economically. But we knew we had it in us to make the best of this situation and rise more substantially, and that is precisely what we did.

Our Brilliant HR manager came up with a solution to hire overseas engineers to work remotely for our engineering needs as the local industry was utterly shut down due to a pandemic. We integrated talent acquisition into our current business plan, and that was one of the best decisions that our company made. And that’s when it clicked with us. Like us, other industry manufacturers must also need a different type of Engineers.

And that`s how RGT was born. Our in-depth hiring process has been simplified, allowing us to give plans to our clients on a faster timetable. Our goal is to provide exceptional client-focused, cost-effective, and specialized human resources.
